About The Position

The Janitorial Account Manager, also serving as the primary Janitorial Operations Manager and Facilities Account Manager for the territory, will lead operational success across 6 schools and 2 district facilities. This role involves supervising, coaching, and inspiring a team of approximately 40 janitorial staff members across 1st and 2nd shifts. The position requires building strong, trust-based relationships with school principals and district leaders, conducting routine site audits to ensure clean and safe environments, managing supply inventory, labor hours, and budgets, and overseeing site recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and safety compliance (OSHA).

Requirements

Associate’s Degree required
2–5+ years of supervisory/management experience
Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
Commute within 30 minutes of site boundaries
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Direct janitorial experience is a plus
