About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant and provide dependable, fast service. The role involves daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; trash disposal; addressing maintenance needs with management; and safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Team Members help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.

Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely according to guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
