About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They provide dependable, fast service and perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds. The role includes handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, coordinating maintenance needs with management, monitoring cleaning supplies, and following company policies and health and safety standards. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to applicable guidelines and procedures.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
