About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. They provide dependable, fast service and work with the management team to address maintenance needs. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant, properly handling cleaning chemicals and supplies, and following company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety standards. Other related duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following guidelines and procedures for use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
