About The Position

Line Cook team members, known at Chili's as Heart of House team members, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food according to Chili's recipes, helps keep orders flowing continuously from the kitchen, and contributes to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
