Requirements

• Monday through Thursday from 6:30am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a clean & safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocols
• Clean building floors through sweeping, mopping or vacuuming
• Move and arrange heavy furniture, equipment and supplies either manually or with the pallet jack
• Gather and empty trash or other receptacles in designated locations
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures according to schedule
• Clean all windows, glass partitions and mirrors
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets as needed
• Clean and restore building interiors using commercial cleaning equipment, as required
• Utilize the established work order procedure to communicate issues and request repairs
• Set up, arrange and remove decorations, tables, chairs, etc. to prepare for events at PLZ facilities
• Adhere to the established schedule for pest spraying
• Complete basic inventory tasks to ensure required items are kept in stock, stocking low items as needed.
