About The Position

This position is for a part-time 25 hours a week Janitor to work at Kukui Gardens, a 398-unit affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of janitorial preferably in an apartment community setting. Position requires light maintenance experience. Basic computer skills are required for training. Salary range: $18.05 - $25.65 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $18.05 - $21.85 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

Requirements

1+ Year of Related Janitorial or Grounds Experience
Basic computer skills are required for training.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Sweeps, Mops, Scrubs and Vacuums Common Area’s
Empties Common Area Trash
Maintains all Parking Areas
Sweeps and Blows all Landings, Power Washes as Needed
