About The Position

EAH Housing is seeking a part-time Janitor to work 25 hours a week at Kukui Gardens, a 398-unit affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a Tax Credit property. The Janitor/Groundskeeper will maintain the property both indoors and outdoors, conduct routine property checks to ensure cleanliness and good condition, and assist the Maintenance Technician with repairs and common area cleaning as needed. Basic computer skills are required for training.

Requirements

1+ Year of Related Janitorial or Grounds Experience
Light maintenance experience
Basic computer skills are required for training

Nice To Haves

Janitorial experience preferably in an apartment community setting

Responsibilities

Sweeps, Mops, Scrubs and Vacuums Common Area’s
Empties Common Area Trash
Maintains all Parking Areas
Sweeps and Blows all Landings, Power Washes as Needed
