About The Position

Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to support daily cleaning and sanitation at our plant site in Malaga, NM. The Janitor will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained. This role requires a reliable individual who is willing to commute to the plant site. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Remove trash and recycling from designated areas. Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products. Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and windows. Follow all safety protocols while working within the plant environment. Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor. Other cleaning duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to reliably commute to the Malaga, NM plant site. Must be able to lift up to 25–30 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Willingness to follow all company safety standards and procedures. Must be able to meet conditional job offer requirements including background and drug test.
