About The Position
We are currently seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to complete non-routine cleaning and special projects as needed. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and dining areas, and other public spaces.
Requirements
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of all areas of the building
- Maintain general upkeep of exterior areas and the parking lot
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to job orders
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
- Respond to emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Collect and dispose of trash, clean windows and glass partitions, and maintain stock levels in janitorial closets
- Maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and buffing
