The role involves operating equipment such as tuggers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers, as well as performing general cleaning duties. Requirements

Always prioritize safety
Comply with all hazardous regulations at all times
Quick learner with the ability to acclimate to Ace Hardware policies and guidelines
Able to lift 50+ lbs. on a routine basis
Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug test and background check

Responsibilities

Operate tugger throughout warehouse emptying trash cans
Bale cardboard, including operating and maintaining the baler
Operate forklift and scissor lift to perform various housekeeping tasks
Drive Tennant floor scrubber throughout warehouse, including operating and maintaining the scrubber
Clean up all spills, including being certified in cleaning up hazardous chemicals
Empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, clean windows, clean warehouse break rooms and bathrooms
Comply with company policies, procedures, and best practices
Perform other duties as assigned
