About The Position

This is a full-time Janitor position on the 2nd shift, working from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and offices. The Janitor will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, and reporting any necessary repairs. The position requires the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow a daily cleaning schedule. Travel between buildings is expected, and an automobile with a valid driver's license is required.

Requirements

Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Work well when supervisors are not present.
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
Able to use basic cleaning equipment, as needed.
Ability to follow a daily clearing schedule.
Automobile is required.
A Valid Driver’s License is required.
Travel is expected between buildings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have good organizational skills.
Able to work independently.
Attention to details.
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Clean and sanitize all restrooms, daily.
Clean glass and mirrors in all locations.
Clean conference room, table, floors, and empty trash.
Stock bathroom products in all restrooms, as needed daily.
Clean counters, tables, and stock kitchen area with supplies.
Clean refrigerators and microwaves, as needed.
Collect and dispose of trash in the front office, kitchen area, and in all departments, daily.
Order cleaning and kitchen supplies, as needed.
Assist in any deep cleaning processes in all departments and cleanrooms, as needed.
Notify supervisors or managers of any major repairs.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
