About The Position
The Janitor plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene within agricultural facilities, ensuring a healthy and productive environment for all employees and visitors. Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work, preferably in commercial or agricultural settings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling procedures.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces within commercial agricultural buildings.
- Clean windows and maintain stainless steel fixtures to ensure all surfaces are spotless and free of smudges or debris.
- Manage landscaping tasks, and general upkeep of outdoor areas to enhance the facility’s appearance.
- Work independently to prioritize and complete daily cleaning schedules while adapting to any urgent or unexpected cleaning needs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance issues, supply needs, and safety concerns.
