About The Position

NMS is currently seeking candidates for on-call and rotational roles with flexible scheduling options. Employees may also have the opportunity to rotate or work in other NANA Villages as needed. This custodial position earns a competitive wage – starting at $19.50/HR DOE.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes
• The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job.
• Positive, can-do attitude.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A valid driver's license with a 3-year driving record that is acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier

Responsibilities

• Keep facilities looking good.
• Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing, restocking rooms, or doing other janitorial work.
• Remove trash and transport it to the appropriate areas.
• Help out with light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs.
