Chances Salmon Arm is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our full-time team. Our company operates gaming centres, liquor stores, accommodations, and recreational properties across British Columbia.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and stay organized
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities during busy shifts
• Eligible to obtain a criminal record clearance through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch
• Must be 19 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization throughout the facility, with extra attention to high-contact areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the property
• Clean and sanitize gaming equipment and guest areas
• Remove garbage and recycling from designated areas
• Ensure washrooms remain stocked, sanitized, and presentable during shifts
• Follow all safety standards and procedures, including BCLC, WHMIS, and WorkSafe requirements
• Assist with additional cleaning or operational duties as needed
