About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help maintain clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant spaces. They provide dependable, fast service and work with the management team to address maintenance needs. The role involves daily sanitation and deep cleaning, proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals, monitoring supply levels, and following company policies and applicable health and safety standards. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
