About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds, and provide dependable, fast service while working as part of a team. Applicants should have a friendly, warm, and caring demeanor, be able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and be able to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment. No experience is necessary. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Handle cleaning chemicals properly, following safety guidelines and procedures for their use, storage, and disposal.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
