About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant and provide dependable, fast service. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; dispose of trash; support maintenance needs; and handle cleaning chemicals safely. The role also involves following company policies and health and safety standards, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment, and performing other duties assigned by management. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
