About The Position
Total Facility Care (TFC) has provided detailed and comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for clients across Colorado and Nebraska since 2010. Our team prides itself on excellent and friendly service, using sustainable and innovative techniques like HEPA and EPA-approved equipment and disinfectants to protect the health of our team and clients. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment for businesses and their employees, tailoring our services to meet unique client needs and ensure facilities are kept in top condition. The Janitor is the backbone of our operation, providing excellent and friendly service daily. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding workplace with regular support and feedback from area leaders. Requirements
- Reliable Transportation to work.
- Punctual and Responsible.
- Able to follow instructions and complete all assigned tasks.
- Able to work well independently.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify

Responsibilities
- Efficiently work throughout your entire shift to clean client buildings.
- Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, wiping down surfaces.
- Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
- Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Properly and safely use supplies and equipment.
- Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
