About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning, provide dependable service, and work with the management team to address maintenance needs and keep cleaning supplies available. The role requires following safety procedures for cleaning chemicals and complying with company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety standards. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
