The role We’re looking for a Janitor to join our team in Le Sueur, MN; someone who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and organized spaces that keep the office side of our operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the team that helps maintain the facility and supports overall operations. Requirements

Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
Comfortable working safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work

Responsibilities

Keeping facilities clean, organized, and running efficiently
Vacuuming, buffing floors, and shampooing carpets
Emptying trash and replacing liners
Supporting the collection and removal of materials
Partnering with the sanitation team to complete and document Master Sanitation tasks

Benefits

Monday - Friday schedule, working from 7AM - 3:30PM
$18.66 per hour starting
Two pay increases within Year 1
