About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the common areas, hallways and assigned areas. Helps maintain accurate weekly inventories.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent not required but beneficial.
• Must be willing to learn all jobs in assigned area.
• Good communication skills
• Good attendance (less than 4 Points,) if already employed by Case Farms.
• Must have good basic math skills
• Able to work without very much supervision.
• NO disciplinary write-ups in last 6 months, if already employed by Case Farms.
• Ability to work with and lead a diverse group of employees.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Follow company policies, and personally display behaviors that reflect the company's values, policies, and principles.
• Good people skills and ability to interact effectively with people from various backgrounds is a must
• Ability to work and contribute constructively within a team environment.
• Ability to move easily through multiple doors, one- and two-story environments
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Bathrooms supplied throughout the shift.
• Oversees work at various stations.
• Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters.
• Maintains toilets and sinks clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
• Maintains all Rooms clean and tidy throughout the shift.
• Maintains Hallways and Cafeteria Commons clean and tidy throughout the shift.
• Responds to take care of any spills or Bloodborne Pathogen contamination in the common areas, offices or the plant as needed.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and politely with all employees.
• Various other duties or projects as needed.
