About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. The role includes daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; disposing of trash; and coordinating with management on maintenance needs and cleaning supplies. Team Members must handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety standards. No experience is necessary. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere.

Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
