About The Position

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for all employees and visitors. If you take pride in creating orderly, sanitized environments and enjoy hands-on work that keeps operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you! As a Janitor, you’ll ensure our buildings remain clean, sanitized, and well-maintained each day. You’ll support facility upkeep by cleaning workspaces, restrooms, and common areas, restocking supplies, and performing routine and occasional deep‑cleaning tasks. Your work will directly support a safe and healthy workplace for everyone.

Requirements

• No minimum education or experience requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be able to reliably report onsite to the assigned plant location.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have prior forklift experience and willing to operate a forklift for day shift schedule.
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and maintain professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift driving ability strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors across the facility.
• Gather and empty trash; replace liners and clean receptacles as needed.
• Clean and restock restrooms and shared areas with necessary supplies.
• Polish and clean furniture, fixtures, mirrors, windows, and walls.
• Perform heavy cleaning tasks and assist with occasional special projects.
• Move, lift, or push furniture, equipment, or supplies as needed.
• Perform general cleanup throughout the building as directed.
• Maintain and clean housekeeping tools and equipment.
• Complete non‑routine cleaning tasks based on work orders.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop plant facilities.
• Work cooperatively with other staff to support facility needs.
• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
