About The Position

We have an immediate need for an organized dependable Janitor/Custodian to join our maintenance staff. Daily duties include cleaning and maintaining the lobby, including cleaning windows and doors, mopping floors, vacuuming hallways and carpets, and cleaning the laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices. The successful Janitor will be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule. Responsibilities

Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.
