About The Position

The primary responsibilities include light cleaning work inside the factory. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: Cleaning and maintaining the parking lot, Cleaning company-leased apartments and houses, Performing other assignments as needed. The employee may be required to travel between the factory and company-leased residential properties based on operational needs. Therefore, we need someone who is flexible, dependable, able to follow instructions, and willing to work in different assigned locations. The regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
• Ability to perform tasks such as industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance
• Familiarity with using cleaning equipment and tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Flexible, dependable, able to follow instructions, and willing to work in different assigned locations

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor leaks
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining the parking lot
• Cleaning company-leased apartments and houses
• Performing other assignments as needed
