About The Position

National Star Services, a 28-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking Janitors for its Des Plaines, IL 60018 location. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas and enjoy an active shift. The position is for the 2nd Shift, running from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Sunday, with two days off during the week. Weekend availability is mandatory. The starting hourly pay is $17.50, with biweekly pay.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, production areas, restrooms, and break rooms
• Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining floors throughout the facility
• Removing trash and recycling and ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed
• Cleaning tables, workstations, and equipment surfaces
• Restocking cleaning supplies as needed
• Reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready facility
