About The Position

Ensures that all production, office, lunch and break areas are maintained, clean, and orderly. This role involves cleaning various areas within the facility, including production zones, bathrooms, and break areas, as well as maintaining the outside perimeter and clearing snow from entrances and sidewalks. The position requires the ability to perform physical tasks and work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Able to communicate and take direction from the Quality Supervisor or Group Leader Sanitation.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance.
• Must frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Some facilities are multi-level and may require ascending or descending stairs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Clean production areas as needed or as assigned.
• Clean bathrooms in the plant areas as well as office areas.
• Clean break and lunch areas as needed or assigned.
• Maintain outside perimeter of facility in clean and proper condition.
• Remove snow from entrances of buildings and sidewalks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
