About The Position
The Janitor role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of commercial real estate properties. Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial buildings.
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy weights regularly.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to janitorial and landscaping work.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a box truck.
- Familiarity with using computers for work-related tasks such as reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in commercial buildings.
- Clean and maintain stainless steel surfaces and fixtures to ensure a polished and hygienic appearance.
- Operate box trucks to transport cleaning supplies, equipment, and landscaping materials as needed.
- Conduct landscaping and lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and watering to maintain outdoor aesthetics.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
- Use computer systems to log maintenance activities, report issues, and manage work schedules.
- Lift and carry heavy equipment and materials safely to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently.
