About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining Tyson building and grounds in show case condition. This position is responsible for non-skilled service work while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all Tyson policies and procedures. The job posting is for 1st shift with a general work schedule of Monday through Friday, and weekends as scheduled. Work hours are generally 5:00 a.m. to 1:00/2:00 p.m. The base rate of pay is $19.70/hour. This job is eligible for overtime pay. Team members must be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend information in manuals and printed directions to use cleaners, solvents, and other similar chemicals.
Ability to record information using company-provided forms and procedures.
Ability to work professionally and respectfully with others while demonstrating positive interpersonal skills and communicating effectively with all team members and management.
Ability to report to work as scheduled and work scheduled hours to meet job expectations.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Team Members must be on an “active” employment status.
Team Members must not exceed more than 4 attendance points at the time of application.
Team members must not have received a written warning in the past six (6) months or a written warning with suspension in the past 12 months from the date of application.

Responsibilities

Cleaning front office areas, back offices, bathrooms, locker rooms, snow removal, lawn care, other duties as assigned.
Ordering supplies and maintaining acceptable inventories.
Complying with all company and USDA policies/guidelines and reporting known or suspected violations.
Attending monthly and annually required training (e.g., Safety, HACCP, HR topics, LOTO, PIT).
