About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial / Facilities Custodian to support cleanliness and overall upkeep within a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment for production and office areas. Candidates should be team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.
Requirements
- Must be able to meet physical requirements: standing, twisting, walking, grasping, pushing, pulling, and ability to carry and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum of one year of janitorial work experience.
- Strong attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and ability to operate cleaning machinery.
Responsibilities
- Performs general cleaning and dusting in all areas of the building.
- Maintains floors and shredding paper.
- Maintains and fills all soap dispensers and towel dispensers in rest rooms, as required.
- Removes trash from offices throughout the buildings on a routine basis.
- Cleans all bathrooms, as required.
- Generally maintains grounds.
- Performs other related duties as required.
