About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant and provide dependable, fast service. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning, support maintenance needs, safely handle cleaning chemicals, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Chili's is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a focus on service, hospitality, and giving back. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with applicable guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
Notify management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
