About The Position

Servis Group is seeking an efficient Janitorial Team Lead to lead their janitorial staff. This role involves reporting absences, managing inventory, and assisting the team with work assignments. The Janitorial Team Lead will serve as a role model, ensuring cleaning standards are met and promoting excellent employee relations. The position is full-time and operates during the PM shift.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience working in the janitorial industry.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the janitorial staff with their work assignments.
• Ensure that established cleaning standards are met by the team.
• Serve as a role model for the janitorial staff, promoting excellent cleaning standards and employee relations.
• Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted.
• Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
• Performing all janitorial duties.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
