We are seeking a Full-time Janitor Site Supervisor who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for supervising and maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client site while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity. Shift: Monday- Friday | 5:00PM to 1:00 AM Pay: $25 - $28 per hour DOE

Requirements

  • Organizational skills are a must!
  • Work related experience is required
  • Ability to work independently and with good judgment
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the janitorial industry
  • Staff development experience and client service skills required
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer software programs
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality service
  • Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the work activities performed by janitorial staff.
  • Schedule staff shifts, monitor staff attendance, and report absences.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
  • Assign janitorial duties to staff and inspect their work to ensure standards are met.
  • Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff.
  • Take inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and inform management when supplies are depleted.
  • Assist with screening and hiring of new job applicants.
  • Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
  • Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff.
  • Attend meetings and in-service training sessions.
  • Perform janitorial duties in instances of staff shortages.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the assigned client site.
