Janitor Lead- State
About The Position
The Janitor Lead is responsible for understanding the Scope of Work/Performance Work Statement and training janitors per the assigned contract. This role fulfills contractual requirements by maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, employees, staff, and the public, while minimizing property damage, loss, and liability exposure. The position involves supervising and training other janitors. Work will be accomplished in a safe and productive manner, following all OSHA standards. Work is generally performed Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to meet Government Contract Specifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- One (1) year of janitorial experience
- Pass a background screening
