About The Position

The work environment is a professional office environment, and the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. This is a part-time position with varying days and hours per location, requiring evening and weekend work. Local travel to various sites is required.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- One (1) year working experience with janitorial equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License with certificate of insurability (corporate auto policy).
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year working experience as a Lead.
- Drug screen.
- WSC background check.
- Various vendor background checks.
Responsibilities
- Coaches janitorial staff per WSC guidelines.
- Uses cleaning chemicals.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
- Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors.
- Empties trash replacing bags as requested.
- Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways, and patios as requested.
- Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
- Removes recycling materials.
- Cleans windows.
- Dusts and vacuums furniture.
- Display flag as requested.
- Sets up tables and chairs as requested.
- Replenish supplies as requested in appropriate areas.
- Tracks and requests supplies.
- Wash and dry rags and mop heads.
- Drive golf-cart, appropriate vehicles as requested.
