About The Position

This position acts as a Lead Janitor, responsible for coaching janitorial staff and performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. The role involves working with cleaning chemicals, maintaining various areas of the facility, and managing supplies. Requirements

High school graduate or GED.
One (1) year working experience with janitorial equipment.
Valid Driver’s License with certificate of insurability (corporate auto policy).
Drug screen.
WSC background check.
Various vendor background checks.

Responsibilities

Coaches janitorial staff per WSC guidelines.
Uses cleaning chemicals.
Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors.
Empties trash replacing bags as requested.
Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways, and patios as requested.
Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
Removes recycling materials.
Cleans windows.
Dusts and vacuums furniture.
Display flag as requested.
Sets up tables and chairs as requested.
Replenish supplies as requested in appropriate areas.
Tracks and requests supplies.
Wash and dry rags and mop heads.
Drive golf-cart, appropriate vehicles as requested.
