About The Position
CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals eligible for the AbilityOne Program, which offers employment opportunities and services to adults with disabilities. Responsibilities
- Check in with supervisor and teammates to review the cleaning plan for the day.
- Gather and load cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace bags.
- Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
- Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
- Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Conduct a final walk-through to ensure cleanliness and neatness.
- Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
