About The Position

GDI is seeking a Janitor & Custodian to perform general cleaning and facility maintenance duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Regular travel to the worksite is required. Commercial building cleaning experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as regular travel to the worksite is required.
• Be able to work with other crew members.
• Be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the facility’s cleanliness and appearance.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
