About The Position

Join our Maintenance team and help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and guest-ready!!! We provide steady hours, paid training, and a supportive leadership team that sets you up to succeed. Your primary focus is restaurant cleanliness (inside & out) and basic equipment care using trained procedures. (Note: All crew contribute to cleaning; these tasks are specific to the Maintenance/Janitorial role.)

Requirements

• Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in a clean, safe workplace
• Comfort working on your feet and lifting/moving items as needed (e.g., supplies during truck unloads)
• Willingness to learn and follow health, safety, and company procedures
• Team-player mindset and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Maintain outside grounds
• Detail clean interior/exterior windows and restrooms
• preparing for and/or unloading delivery truck (twice weekly)
• Transfer trash and recyclables to the on-site compactor/refuse area
• Change interior/exterior light bulbs
• Clean exterior HVAC/exhaust vents and remove debris
• Filter fryer oil daily
• Perform other custodial/maintenance tasks as assigned
