About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan is a people-first home improvement company and a certified Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, specializing in one-day bath and shower remodels. They are looking for individuals who can build trust with homeowners and confidently guide them to a decision. This is a sales role that involves meeting with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations, running approximately 11 appointments per week, and traveling within a 100-mile radius. The role requires designing and presenting customized bath and shower solutions, guiding customers to a decision, and closing sales. This is not a passive sales role and is for someone who can connect, educate, and ask for the business. No cold calling or door knocking is involved, as appointments are provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations
• Run approximately 11 appointments per week (Monday–Saturday schedule)
• Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius
• Design and present customized bath and shower solutions
• Guide customers confidently to a decision and close
