About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan is a people-first home improvement company and a certified Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, specializing in one-day bath and shower remodels. They are growing and looking for individuals who can build trust with homeowners and confidently guide them to a decision. This is not a passive sales role; it's for someone who can connect, educate, and ask for the business when it matters. The company provides pre-set appointments, so the focus is on the conversation and the outcome, with no cold calling or door knocking required.

Requirements

• Enjoy helping people but can still ask for the sale

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations
• Run approximately 11 appointments per week (Monday–Saturday schedule)
• Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius from home
• Design and present customized bath and shower solutions
• Guide customers confidently to a decision and close
