THE OPPORTUNITY We're seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Jackson Hole Marketplace (JHMP) – a unique operation that combines gourmet deli, specialty grocery, wine shop, and local artisan partnerships. This role offers the rare opportunity to lead strategic operations while contributing to Jackson Hole's vibrant local economy.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Inspire Teams: Lead and develop Cru members and Deli Staff through consistent coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Foster Communication: Maintain weekly check-ins with direct reports and participate in strategic planning meetings
  • Drive Performance: Ensure your team has clear understanding of responsibilities and consistent opportunities for growth
  • Strategic Planning: Design revenue generation strategies that balance creativity, efficiency, and staffing to meet yearly goals
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with buyers on purchasing strategies and maintain strong financial literacy
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key metrics to provide insights for real-time business adjustments
  • Inventory: Maintain optimal inventory levels across all departments with regular audits and loss prevention
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop strategic purchasing plans considering seasonality, events, and market trends
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee deli operations, grocery, and bottle shop while maintaining health department compliance
  • Local Partnerships: Build relationships with local producers for our gift basket program
  • Menu Development: Create weekly deli specials
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies that enhance customer experience
