About The Position
Jackson Hole Sports at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is seeking seasonal full-time/part-time Retail Staff for their Teton Village, WY location. This role involves selling merchandise, providing exceptional customer service, and educating oneself on products and technologies. The position also requires developing sales techniques, maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, merchandising new and existing products, handling customer returns and warranties, and sharing information about JHMR and the local area. Maintaining store cleanliness and providing information to JHMR guests are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations.
- Outgoing personality.
- Sales skills.

Responsibilities
