About The Position
This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position uses a pallet jack to bring packaging supplies from the box room to the Debone area. In addition, this position transports combos of product to the cooler. This position also helps in the packaging and manifesting of products. At the end of the shift this position is responsible for the removal of unused packaging material and trash from Debone, and any other duties as assign by supervisor. May involve running scales, baggers, and CVP. The qualified candidate will be required to take and pass the jack driver test.
Requirements
- Must take and pass the jack driver test.
- Must provide government identification number to verify previous Tyson employment history.
- Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times will not be accepted.
- Rehires are accepted after 365 days.
- Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal.
