About The Position
This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements
- Must have 6 months continuous work experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered.
- 180 days (6 months) waiting period.
Responsibilities
- Move product pallets from the production line to the cooler, in a safe and effective manner.
- Wrap pallets with plastic.
- Learn to operate a pallet jack.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Transport and/or unload materials in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
