About The Position

This is a hybrid role available in Spring House, PA. We are searching for the best talent for J&J Technology Business Development PM Off Cycle Co-Op – September 2026 to March 2027. Our J&J Technology Co-op Program is a comprehensive learning and professional experience in the technology space at one of the world’s leading health care companies. Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fits you. Co-op positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last from September 22nd, 2026 – March 26th, 2026. This program also works as a feeder pool for our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full-time employment upon completion of your degree. If you are selected for a co-op position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule. As a J&J Technology Business Development Project Management Co-Op, you will lead delivery of technology and artificial intelligence projects to enhance Business Development processes. The specific projects led will be based on the initiatives prioritized by key stakeholders and senior leadership sponsors to drive business value (eg: alliance management, sourcing strategy and visualizations, deal comparison). This position offers great potential for learning both technical and non-technical skills, and leading the application of technology in a business context.

Requirements

  • Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future (The company does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status. Students currently in the country on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require future sponsorship).
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, cannot graduate prior to agreed end date.
  • For Bachelor level students, by start date, must be considered a sophomore or above.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during regular working business hours) for the full term.
