About The Position
Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbent personnel currently supporting this mission will be afforded Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, consistent with contract requirements and contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of experience
- Active Secret clearance preferred
- Ideal Background: Army/Air National Guard or State HQ
- Joint Training System (JTS)
- Joint Training Tool (JTT)
- Joint Training Plans (JTPs)
- Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
- Mission Training Assessments (MTA)
- Training Proficiency Assessments (TPA)
- DRRS and JLLIS
- National Guard, JFHQ-State, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command support
- Senior leader workshops
- Nationwide travel capability
