About The Position

The Nurse Coordinator RN (On-Site) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional, patient-centered fertility care experience. Nurses serve as trusted clinical partners, providing compassionate, knowledgeable, hands-on care throughout patients’ treatment journeys. The role supports clinic-based patient care and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations, including pre- and post-operative recovery, operating room support, regulatory compliance, and care coordination.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, non-exempt position with rotational weekends and holidays. The position requires early hours. The salary range is $55–$60 per hour, based on factors including job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and degrees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado (RN/BSN).
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Establish confidence, trust, and positive rapport with patients.
• Case manage a large patient portfolio.
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing egg freezing, IUI, IVF, and egg donation.
• Order time-sensitive medications.
• Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center.
• Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support operating room operations, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care.
