About The Position
The Nurse Coordinator RN (On ‑ Site) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional, patient ‑ centered fertility care experience. Open Fertility nurses serve as trusted clinical partners—providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and hands ‑ on care throughout each patient’s treatment journey. This role supports both clinic ‑ based patient care and operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including pre ‑ and post ‑ operative recovery, operating room support, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado (RN)/(BSN)
- Current ACLS certification
Responsibilities
- Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients
- Case manage a large patient portfolio
- Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation
- Order time-sensitive medications
- Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center
- Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
